Use good quality salmon in gut healing salmon cakes
Any salmon is suitable for this recipe and will still provide you with nourishment. However if you can afford to spend a little more on your salmon then go for it. Higher quality salmon is caught wild rather than farmed salmon. Farmed salmon can be contaminated with chemicals like antibiotics and pesticides. When I want to treat myself I love to get this Wild alaskan Sockeye Salmon from M&S. The colour is absolutely magnificent. But again, it is expensive, so any salmon you can afford is still very beneficial.
